We conducted the implementation of the ‘Shared Services Center‘. We also integrated the management system and participated in strategic analysis meetings of all group companies.
We took over ‘Metropolitana Vigilância’ control (interim CEO) for nearly two years until the company merged with ‘Orsegups’, turning it in the largest private security group in southern Brazil.

Stock Tech Logística - 2009 to 2014
Redirection coordinated the strategy planning and its implementation. We also were responsible to establish the controllership area and define the management model.
Between 2013 and 2014, we temporarily assumed the financial management (CFO) of the company.
At the end of 2014, the Redirection team advised the company on its sale to ‘Comfrio Soluções Logísticas’, a company controlled by the investment fund ‘Aqua Capital’.

We create controllership practices, implementing tools to import scheduling, inventory management and financial planning.
Between 2011 and 2013 we took over thecompany’s management, directing its operations into two distinct business units, making it the leader in one of the segments it operates in Brazil.
Today we are part of the company’s board, actively participating in the decision making.
Since the beginning of our work, the sales grew more than 10 times.
